I would be very laid-back, very spontaneous and not concerned about what kind of impression I make on others.

So, you wouldn't change a thing?!
You are bizzaro in your own wonderfully-good way.  :) :)

This is the best proof you have that if there is a God, he cannot be that bright.  It won't print.  Tammy Faye Baker.

I just looked for another picture and it seems that poor Tammy is gravely ill.  She has cancer and it is inoperable.

    Skin and bones she is.

  • Tammy Faye died in 2007.  As you said, she had terminal cancer.  For many years prior to her passing away but after the scandal she and her then husband Jim were caught up in, she became a close friend and advocate for those in the homosexual community.  She starred in a short run talk show with big ole' Hollywood queer Jim J Bullock.  She spoke tirelessly and compassionately about AIDS.  And did a lot of very public soul searching.  I am curious about this movie you mentioned because I was completely unaware of it.  Its strange the way God can work to change hearts.  After being stripped of nearly everything, shamed and humbled, that is when room was made within her for true love to truly reside.  I have found myself caught up in past videos of her before in an effort to learn and understand more about what makes a person like that tick.  She strikes me as nearly a drag queen with all that make up, high campin' it for Jesus.  I hope she is at peace now.  I hope those whose faith may have been tainted by her past deeds have some peace now too.  What a complicated cartoon like character she was.  I'm glad you brought her to mind again.

Yes, god has long been the recourse of the desperate, the disgraced, and those of diminished means.

I assert that the Rev Mr Graham makes at least as strong a case for it.

“Redneck”??  You’re not familiar with dialect, I take it.
