The regular Gatorade is much too sweet.  The Zero is good and sugar free.  The glacier cherry is tasty.  

Ok. I think it is way to fake for me. If I am gong to drink fake, I want a Coke. Ice cold. Otherwise, if I want electrolytes, I don't have to guzzle all the fake to get them.  Sorry, I know you like it.  I'll stop now.

Well, I tried the Pedialyte for the electrolytes and I nearly choked on it because it was so salty.  I don't need it often, but now that the Zero is out, I'll take it.

Ok and alrighty then.  I know you take sensible care of yourself and you are in that body and know way more about how it works than I ever will. That is what I always tell my clients too.   I learn by listening about health and I know hardly anything compared to the owner of the body.

No need to worry.  Discourse is a sharing of ideas whether you agree or not.  Sometimes the voices get loud, and may in end a resolution of agreeing to disagree.  I was not offended at all, bemused mayb e, never offended.

You are thirsty and you guzzle coffee?  Coffee is a dehydrator.  That is not a great idea.  DRINK water.  Then drink the coffee.
