Kind of - she is always asking me to look up info on the Internet for her and its usally when I'm really busy trying to think up a joke to post. But even if I'm not busy it still kind of annoys me because she refuses to learn any computer skills so she can do it herself (she figures she will do something wrong and break the computer or it's too technically complicated for her). Our 5 year old Granddaughter has started using a smartphone she uploaded the Baby Shark song for her Grandma to hear today so I'm hoping my wife will start thinking if a 5 year old can do it so can she then I will buy her a smartphone - and have more free time to make up jokes - a win win situation. Cheers and happy weekend!
When my gal says 'a few minutes' it always means at least half an hour. Then sometimes while on her way she stopped to yak with a friend 'for a few minutes'. So that's about an hour plus.
She would just change the subject as if she didn't even hear me. I went home a couple times after waiting so long and she came to my place to meet. So the final agreement is for her to call me when she is AT the meeting place. Works better.
No, not anymore. I think we’re past that sort of thing.
My wife used to complain about “that big stupid boat”, the time and expense involved, but has since come to love it (almost) as much as I do.
There was a time she would get a bug up her butt when my cronies and I played cards all night, but she has since accepted that at least we’re at the house, and not out in harm’s way.
