  • I always thought those scenes that appear sometimes in movies where a girl has a guy down between her legs and then when he least expects it she snaps his neck were like...GUUURL!  That is so ferocious.     Not good, you need to be quick and fast - Crush both the larynx and break the neck.  Indian Strangler Garrote comes to mind. Too many good alternatives.

    Fastest rope and a long drop fastest, hanging was based on the Strangler Garrote.
