I have found a source of free National Inquirer type magazines in the local recycling center. I take them to work and leave them on the table so that everyone gets a chance to read about Kelly Clarkson's appendix!
I hear there is a HUGE sex scandal involving Tom Cruise, And David Muscavige (again) and the guy from that 70'[s show that was some co-star that no one remembers named Danny something.
There's a vault. I saw this while standing in the checkout. I didn't read the story.
I do not have a break room. I have a paint shed and my desk. There is always something I can do. But if I do not want to I use my phone for aM. I do not usaully use my desktop for it. Too many customers. And never know what may pop up on the screen.
Back when I first became a mod here. I was in the middle of posting for JA something I had deleted for being inappropriate for main area. And my husband came in and seen it. We almost got into a fight. I had to explain that it was not allowed on the sote but that was why it was on my screen. Lol. At the time, he did not do anything on the internet at all. He is on Twitter now....
This is a completely open public forum, there’s no such thing as invited versus uninvited. For example, you just posted here; where’s your invitation? I’ll answer that: there isn’t one. As for your references to buying something from her and hacking, I don’t know what you mean. Another pointless tangent, I suppose.
You have a different life. You have your own set of headaches. Running the business and being responsible for making it earn and all. That is a lot for anyone. But you don't have to worry about having to sit anywhere you don't want to. Unless it is in your own kitchen or your own office waiting for clients to assist by phone or something like that.
Enjoy that luxury. Lots of headaches, owning one's own business, but no sitting in the breakroom.
True it is different being the owner vs being the employee. My first job was housekeeping at a nursing home. I would get done early. But could not just sit in the break room. So I would bring a book and sit in the linen room until needed.
All my other jobs you could not run out of work. Factory work...you just made more numbers.
