The question is HOW are you making her stop?

Do not throw kitty.  Do not kick kitty.  Do not remove kitty's fangs either.  

Both of my cats do the biting thing. They will draw blood if allowed to sink the teeth in. They must think my hand is a piece of raw meat. 

Cats will bite you if they get too stimulated. So if you're petting or cuddling your kitten more than it likes, it might be too much for it. Cats can't talk so they do what they can to communicate. The crying probably just means that it doesn't like you much at the moment.

It's obviously hungry and you're it free meal ticket when dinning at home....:) 

Or maybe it's just after some Cat Nip....:)

It might have something to do with living in Toronto. Toronto is a huge glass city in the middle of a bird migration path so maybe all the birds flying into windows is freaking out your cat. Cheers!
