Took them very briefly, when I was coming off the opioids. Helped quite a lot. Haven't needed them for almost a decade.

I’ve never taken sleeping pills in my life, and I’ve never needed any other type of sleep aid.

No, I don't take sleeping pills.  I may have been given them once or twice when hospitalized, but I'm not sure.  I don't usually have difficulty falling asleep.  As I get older, I seem to have difficulty staying asleep.

I have never taken a sleeping pill.  When I have a little difficulty with anything taking a pill is never what comes to mind.  I do not have trouble sleeping at all.  If I do, I just get up and do something then go back to bed.  No pills.

I have never taken nor needed sleeping pills. On rare occasions when I do need a bit of help relaxing at night I'll drink a cup of Sleepy Time tea. Works great. :)
