How do you overcome feelings of bitterness and resentment?

    Oh that's easy.  Simply trash everything you think you hate.  Crap all over the people who love and want to help you and be as ungrateful as hell.  Soon all will leave, even the ones you should have been grateful for instead of worrying about bitterness and resentments from the past.  Instead of loving the NOW and being grateful?  Be spiteful and hateful to all.

    This is very good medicine.  Trust me.  Once you try this one on yourself?  You will learn to appreciate everything that is then handed to you, as you now have NOTHING and NO ONE.

    Start over or change your attitude now.   Now that you realize what this behavior reaps?  It should be much easier.

    P.s.  This is not directed towards you, this is directed towards your question.  I have a bad and lazy habit of using "you" when I cite examples.  Not YOU.  The Question.
