If you think grits are bad for you, don't eat them.  I couldn't be healthier........thanks for caring.

Ick. I hate porridge. At the top it's glue, and about half way down it becomes concrete.

I remember hanging wallpaper and thinking the glue looked like Cream of Wheat

It basically is.  Before prepasted wallpaper and store-bought wallpaper paste people made a muck of flour and water and brushed it on the back of the paper and hung it.  Yep.  Cream of wheat was used to hang wallpaper.  That is why old folks always insist on washing walls with clorox before hanging the paper.....to be sure mold doesn't grow back there as well as keeping the bugs from getting behind the paper and eating that cream of wheat. The first (and only) time I tried oatmeal, I got a spoonful in my mouth and gagged it back out.  That was it for me.

Try them raw and organic. I'm serious.  They are delicious.  Just like sweet corn on the cob. Just eat it raw. LOL  It's so much better than when it is screwed with.  And oats, some good dried fruit and nuts that are all raw?  Yummo.

Oh mu GOD does that sound exquisite.  Really. But for me?  I would eat that once a month.  And nothing near that caliber ALL THE REST OF THE MONTH.  To me, that is delicious junk food, like any denatured, cooked food.  So, I do eat bad, I try and keep it to a minimum.  But that sounds amazing.  I am eating juiced apple, beet and asparagus juice.    Organic and loaded with enzymes and energy.  I am also drinking alkallized water along with rejuvalac which is a drink made from wheatberries, which is where the wheatgrass comes from.

And then I may have lots more.  But so far, that's a good start.....I eat to live, I don't live to eat.  I need balance.

Egg whites and vegetables are low in carbs and perfectly healthy to eat.

Egg whites are pure protein, about 3.5 grams,  and only 17 calories.....I always have one egg plus one white when I make eggs for myself.  I do love eggs; I have always loved omelets and eggs anyway as long as they are cooked well done....nothing wet or giggly.
