I'm at one with the best group of idiots on here and I'd be a fool two deny it daft as it may sound ....:) Self diagnosis is not always a good thing or even adviseable to try if you are a Novice or more so aMonk to run about with...:)
I do enjoy a good roo steak though. You have to cook it slow - the meat is very dense, so if you don't do it just right it's charcoal on the outside and raw in the middle.
