    Of course not!  A kiss is a very personal.  If one blows another a kiss there's the possibility of that kiss being intercepted by someone else.   Who knows what that person will do with your kiss.  For all I know they'll try to sell it on ebay or craigslist.  Then who knows what will happen to that kiss.  Why, it could end up on someone's backside.  From my lips to some strangers backside ... without so much as one red cent coming to me?  I think not!
