Do you think there been many presidents or prime ministers of democratic countries who dreamed/given thought to forcing a dictatorship?...

Onto the country they govern? But just decided not to pursue their ideas, kept it quiet secretly to themselves. Wishful thinking.

    Just wondering if you think the thought might occur to many of them. If I was head of state I think it would be too much trouble to try doing the job of forcing a dictatorship. And might be risky for my personal safety.
