    Nup.
Back when I could afford it, I used to go once a year as a pampering treat.
Whether I was young or middle-aged, it made zero difference to my appearance.

There are many opinions that mold an answer.  It depends on the expectations you have and the talent of your hairdresser, masseuse, nail technition, the quality of products, and most of all, your opinion of your appearance when you walk out.

If you like how you look and who you are going in, I don't think it will make that much difference on how you view yourself.  You WILL feel better that you took some time to pamper yourself.. if you allow yourself that pleasure.

    :) :)
I like to go to mine.  I don't like how long it takes but it normally is worth it.

Considering that "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" ... Sure.

No, if people go in ugly, then they come out ugly and skint. Hmmm, I think that's what I'll call my new salon.
