    Trump is likely to deflate without all the energy you freely gave him!
    In fact, I'm a little concerned if you took all that energy and directed it to the gym.

    Good for you to do what is best for you.  It sounds like you are on a mission of self-health and that is admirable.  Please don't stop posting as often as you do.

    You are a passionate person, Sharonna. We get you. Don’t lose that.
    If you can siphon off portions of that fervor toward other areas, in constructive pursuits, you have a good shot to be successful at whatever you try. 

    Fair to say the Trump thing remains, but what more need be said? It isn’t worthy of all that space in your thoughts. Other matters deserve your energies.

    This is so ingrained, I cannot do this.  I can't do it.  I have to pull this thing out of my psyche and I am so magnetically attached to thinking and talking about him, only on here and at home, but that is toxic to me.  It is making me even more of a beotch than normal.  I don't need this.  It is helping no one.  But that doesn't mean I can stop.
