Boy! There are a lot of dependables attached to this innocent question. It depends on what type of tea. It depends on how strong you like your tea. It depends on if you are using boiling water. It depends on if you have 3 to 5 minutes to allow it to brew. It depends on if you are brewing it in a pot or a mug. The last "depends" I can think of is, it depends on if you are using a paper cup or a ceramic mug.
Given the benefit of the doubt that you have the perfect tea environment, I would say 2. I like strong tea.
I know this may sound gross. It did to me. Have you ever tried licorice/peppermint tea? It seems to be the new tea of choice out here at the moment. It actually is very tasty when brewed properly.
Of course, you could forget all these decisions and put the tea away. Go for the toddy instead. It doesn't require any thinking. :) :)

A tasty treat and very healthy. Green tea is high in antioxidants. I'm not sure what it is about the mixture of lemon and honey but there is some magic that happens when you combine the two. I'm sure the antioxidants from the green tea make all 3 a great mug of tea to enjoy. Good for you!! Thank you for the AP. :) :) For me, that is a perfect cup of tea to start my day! :) :) I appreciate it very much. :) :)
