Or was he being sarcastic to American hackers and saying their skills weren't up to the task. Not sure about this part but maybe he was being sarcastic to Canadian hackers because their not doing a good enough job at hacking into the e-mails of the Commander's of the Nuclear subs that are always lurking under the ice in Canada's High Arctic Regions.
