Will every liar get off by saying "I do not recall. I don't remember"? If so what is the point of being under oath if there is no way to prove whether a person is a liar or has a bad memory?
In human nature we trust to often with the wrong individuals. In building up trust with someone in a relationship if friends or a significant other there must be boundaries.
