No. He says and does whatever he feels like in addition to which he is tweeting all the time at any hour of the day or night letting it all hang out. No one puts brakes on him. No one directs him. No one educates him. No one teaches him. He is a land unto itself entirely. We would love to let him do his job. For starters he should STOP LYING. Second..STOP TWEETING.
