I'm not entirely sure what all the trends are - not that I take part in many, but good to know what actually took off, and might be different in different areas of the country or different countries too.
Even a makeup artist on YouTube says it's what drag queens do/did. I'm not talking about just filling them in a little bit but really OTT harsh dark heavy scary looking ones!
