If it is such a good plan why hasn't Bernie got it passed in Vermont? Oh yeah, they did and it failed.

    You Failed on that. LOLOLOL

Vermont's single-payer system didn't fail or go bankrupt; it was never implemented.
The Republicrat governor scrapped it before it could be funded and initiated.

    Accuracy counts!

    Hello again, my:

Who pays, you ask?  Ok, you didn't ask, but I knew it was on your mind..

When you consider the costs of the health insurance industry, where the CEO's make MILLIONS, and the pharmaceutical industry, were they make BILLIONS, and their total ELIMINATION, we're ALREADY paying for it with enough money left over to buy a couple of aircraft carriers.   It'll take some shuffling around, but the bottom line is MORE money in your pocket, and BETTER health care for your family.

Yes, there will be a lot of health insurance employees looking for work..
But, nobody's gonna need 'em..  Doesn't that tell you something??

    These people are brainwashed.
They choose to live in a society full of "have" and "have-nots", wealthy and poor.
Political capitalism is a pyramid scheme and they are content to be ruled by the elites; corporate, politicals, and religious.
I would like to see every one of these people sign a pledge forgoing their Social Security, Medicare, and Veterans Administration benefits that we ALL pay into...all those SOCIAL programs

    Hello Jon:

You didn't mention the military or your local fire department - ALL social programs..  Isn't the wall a social program too??  It IS, by gum.

    You are correct, ex-con.
A while back I posted a list of Social programs that these "anti-Socialists" enjoy.

If they would quite taking my money for those programs I would happily sign a waiver not to draw on it. But as long as they steal my money for it....you can bet I am gonna get it back.

Years ago, we went to a CPA to inquire if that was possible...it is not.

When you started working you started paying for people collecting. You deserve nothing.
You should have put money into a 401K or other investment.

I don't believe you or anyone else who says they are willing to give up their SS and other bennies.

I do not have the option to put it in a 401k. No one does. They take it from you and throw you in jail if you refuse.

If you work, it's your responsibility to pay taxes in the US. If you do not like it, I'll gladly show you the door.

"The Congress shall have the Power to lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States. That is, Congress, not the president, was vested with the power to levy tariffs."

No there is nothing left over.

    Conclusion

Universal Health Care would save the people of the United States about $600 billion for the same level of care they're receiving.

We found it would require an additional $562 billion in taxation to cover the government spending, after savings and increases to demand.

Is a single-payer universal system worth it? As always, that's for you to decide – we're just here to give you the data that helps you make important decisions

    Hello again, my:

There IS no plan..  There's DOZENS of plans.  Everybody and their brother has one.  I do too..  I outlined it for you above..

In MY Medicare for all plan, the government has about 300 employees...  After all, how many people does it take to write checks?

I agree with Excon on this one.
I wish an avalanche of Dems would write to their candidates and point this out to them.
While they still have time to make a difference.

They're hurting their ability to win elections because they can't come up with a candidate who people would want to get out and vote for. Or at least pick someone who could win some swing states, because that's what it's going to come down to. Sanders doesn't stand a chance against Trump, which is why Trump was totally cool with congratulating him for the Nevada win. He feels no threat.
