What kind of stimulant helps inspire you in your mind to think up questions to ask on the Mug?

Eg.. coffee,  tea,  beer, pot,  taking deep breaths..

In general, I haven't been a very good contributor of questions.

Lately, the stimulus had been listening to the US news.
I've always tuned in; just never thought of using it as a stimulus 'til the last few days.

Sometimes the spark has come from other questions and discussions here,
or from problems arising in my own life,
or from my general interests and thoughts.

I used to have a lot of questions coming to mind alla time but inspiration has gone a little flat lately somehow.

I had an experience where a form of placebo enabled an abscess in my mouth to heal overnight some time ago. I would like find out how to tap into that healing force again for other healing purposes. The force is within me (all of us),  seems just need the suitable inspiration to make it become active.
I did do Japanese forest bathing one time and that helped relieve a stressful situation I was dealing with at the time. This post was edited by Kittigate at March 6, 2020 6:28 PM MST

Sounds like you have plenty of that life force within you.
The body-mind separation has always been an illusion - something our culture has taken on ever since Descartes.
Stress decreases immunity; therefore relaxation, self-care and a positive belief in the body's self-healing powers can go a long way.

I don't ask, I just answer (although I easily could).  My mind is so overactive that I wouldn't need a stimulant to ask questions.

Oddly enough, I just strung 7 new questions in a row that had no inspiration.

Yeah. Folks in the East are relaxing in front of the TV, those in the Midwest...evening meal. Mountain West, commute home from work, peeps in the West still working. Get busy, dude. This post was edited by Element 99 at April 3, 2022 3:00 AM MDT
