Super Friends, Hong Kong Phooey, Evel Knievel...I forget the rest, but several more. Today they'd be worth around $75 each at auction, so I can only guess retail would be considerably higher. Wish I had kept them because I would sure cash them in about now.
Too bad you didn’t keep them. I remember I saw a post somewhere online about 80’s toys that are worth money now. I know I had a few of the things on that list...meh, woulda, shoulda, coulda kept them.
Of course, if everybody who had them HAD kept them for sale as collectibles ... they wouldn't be worth nearly as much as they are. So by NOT keeping them, we helped drive the price up.
It was a The Monkees lunchbox from the Monkees TV show. I customized it by cutting my head out of a photo and pasting it over Peter Tork's head. If I had the self confidence back then that I have now I would of pasted it over Davy Jones head because he was the star of the Monkkees. Cheers and happy weekend!
