Should we form a mob and start looting the hoarders?

Only if you think they aren't also hoarding guns and ammo.

Or you're going to be at the back of the mob.  lol

First you have to take into account what they're hoarding and then you have to remember that if we are going to be sheltering in place for 2-3 weeks, we will need more groceries than usual.  If we don't get them now, we'll have to go out more often and that's what the CDC is trying to prevent. The local Walmart looked almost normal today. However, the toilet paper isle was still empty as was the soup isle.

We should and I have a plan,  I have a potatoe cannon so I could fire a potatoe  into the front yard of the horders house, Then when the hoarder runs out to get the potatoe so they can hoard it we will surround them: Cheers and happy weekend!
