I didn't take off my shirt but it felt good to look up toward the sun yesterday. We had an unusually cool day yesterday; I think the high was only 75. Back to the eighties tomorrow.
We had a 94 day a week or so ago. So disgusted about the heat. I am ready to move back to the mainland among some mountains. I've had enough sand and palm trees for a while. I moved my mother down here though and she is very happy.......................
Frequently. (Only at home; our place is extremely private.) Ari and I are optional nudists, always have been; our clothes come off whenever the weather is appropriate. Right now, in our Autumn, the mid-morn and mid arvo temps are perfect. Great for getting Vit D into the skin.

Us too! We don't have the spread or the land you guys do but when we are alone, we find ourselves more often nude than dressed. We live way up on a hill and even though we have many windows, you would really have to WANT to see us. Even if people did, it wouldn't bother us in the least.
Isn't it a glorious feeling to have air flow on the skin and that lovely gentle warmth of the sun.
I've sometimes fancied, if someone could see us they'd most likely laugh - me on a tractor slashing five foot high grass wearing nothing gumboots, ear-muffs and a hat. Or Ari singing the role of Gluck's Euridice as he waters the orchard and the veggie patch, also in nothing but gumboots and hat.
Can you see my smile?! It is so large you must! You have given me the most enduring and true "Happy Tillers of the Earth and Lovers of Animals and Each Other" than I could have ever imagned by myself! Thank you. :) :) Yes, like Paul, the tripod, the 3 of us joke about that! Thanks for the GREAT SMILE and Giggle! :) :)
When we were low on funds....
I haven't checked on adultmug, latey... I"ll go there to finish this thought! Big Winks and Smiles!!! ;) :)

We have had sunny days all right but the air is quite chill. I don't do much exposure to sunshine because I been sunburned a lot in the past and would be at risk for skin cancer I develop moles after a bit of sun exposure which could develop into cancer.
I don't exactly know but the factors to consider are the directness of the rays, how much skin is exposed..but I would do 5 - 10 minutes direct exposure at a time several times a day would suffice.
Yes. Any and every opportunity I can. This year more than once, for sure. I can't remember the first day but yesterday, in the late afternoon we both were shirtless. :) :)
Rain did that, in February. Rather too much of it, we had widespread flooding - a year's worth of rain in the space of a few hours. Now we're in iso, like the rest of the world.
