Lifting weights (mainly dumbbells) without hitting one's self

-- a standing joke in my exercise class is that I sometimes accidentally hit myself in the head, or wherever, when we're lifting weights over our heads (like tricep extensions)

-- and, based on my total lack of success of finding a single gif or short video to post of someone accidentally hitting his or her self with a dumbbell, I, indeed, seem to be the only one. (I found one with a young guy hitting himself on purpose -- and another guy getting hit in the face with a shovel - - even both of those were on purpose.)

    :)

I did with a make-shift dumbbell on my second ship. Two stitches above my right eye. Very bloody. This post was edited by Element 99 at April 7, 2020 12:05 PM MDT

I don't know about lifting but most people our ages can "carry a one" in subtaction better than I have been able to in the past.

What type of shop and I'll see if I can lift it, too.
Little Shop of Horrors?  Probably not. If you can, that is fantastic!
