    Raw: iceberg lettuce

    Cooked: sweet potato

I actually prefer avocado and olives to lettuce, but they're technically fruit. This post was edited by Slartibartfast at June 3, 2020 12:00 AM MDT

I'm sure they are all good however due to dental problems I have to stick to the soft ones.  I would really like to enjoy eating a raw carrot one day.

Raw: purple-top turnips sliced very thinly or slightly pickled.  Cooked: roasted or grilled cauliflower.  Onions I really enjoy both ways, tomatoes (OK that is a fruit I guess) I like raw but not cooked. Most vegetables better cooked than raw.
