People who complain about problems complain because they have no solutions, otherwise, why would they complain? I'm not one prone to complain, mainly because I have no one to complain to. Even God tells me to figure it out.
When I see a problem, my immediate response is to figure out a solution, even if only one that works for me personally. If throughout that process I arrive at something simple, yet effective, I'll pass it on. I usually complain when I've gone through this process and either arrived at a feasible solution that was dismissed outright or when I realize it's an exercise in futility as there's no solution. Most of the time anyway, I try my best not to be a complainer or impossible to please.
That really depends upon the type of problem and who has the ability to fix it.
If I can fix it, I do.
If I cannot, I try to find someone who can, or someone I can kick ideas around with on how to fix it.
If it is not in my purview to fix it, but I believe I have a solution or ideas to correct the problem, I seek out those who have the power to effect solutions and offer my suggestions.
If all of the above fail...I #!&!*¿#!

No. I'm a problem solver by trade, nature and obsession. If I point out a problem I will have a solution. It may not be the right or the best one, but I will have a solution.
