    At the least, every morning, as part of breakfast with oatmeal (or Post Raisin Bran) and an apple, a Carnation Breakfast Essential, "Rich Milk Chocolate" flavor.

    i drank only nut milk until I got pregnant, then I started craving dairy milk so now I drink skim. Once baby comes out I will go back to drinking nut milk.
