Okie dokie I got a few. Careless whisper by wham, like a virgin by Madonna, Wake me up before you go go by wham, out of touch by Daryl Hall and John Oates, money for nothing by dire straits, can't fight this feeling REO Speedwagon, we built this city by starship, shout tears for fears, material girl Madonna, Glory Days Bruce Springsteen, Summer 69 Bryan Adams. Could go on but I don't want to bore ya. : )
Great list:) I really had no idea what to expect when post this, was listening to a song that flashed “1985” so was wondering what else from that year. Good year for music IMO.
Careless Whisper (by George Michael, although it was included on Wham!'s Make It Big album and co-written by Andrew Ridgley, Ridgley was not featured in the song nor credited with the performance) was released in 1984, as was Wake me Up Before You Go-Go. So were Like a Virgin, Out of Touch, Can't Fight This Feeling, Material Girl, Glory Days and Summer of 69. Did you misread the question?

thanks, Baba. I haven’t listened to it in a while Cos it made me sad for a long time even though one of my favourites... I’m glad I listened to it again :) still like it.
I’m kind of feeling the “cheese“ playlist tonight though... the work playlist is all Kim Mitchell and The Who .. Canadian bs. Not dealing with that tonight lol.
Mötley Crüe opened for KISS at the Adelaide 500 a few years back. I wouldn't buy either's records, but the live show was well worth seeing. Neither has ever been about the music, they're about the show. The flame thrower in the neck of Nikki Sixx's bass, Tommy Lee playing the drums upside-down - you don't get that in a recording.
