Eb - Whenever the cats start looking heavy.  I weigh myself first, and then while holding (attempting to hold) a cat.  I subtract the combined weight from my weight and I have the pets weight.

Only when I have my doctors checkup, BUT since my long term abstinence from alcohol and smoking and eating correctly my clothes or ex clothes are too big. Still haven't weighed myself lol strange? P.S. spot the grammar mistake.
    Update

    The grammatical errors (plural):

“Only when I have my doctors doctor’s checkup, BUT since my long term long-term abstinence from alcohol and smoking and eating correctly, my clothes or ex clothes ex-clothes are too big. Still haven't weighed myself, lol, strange?”

(The three final commas were also missing.)

Thank you Randy I'll try better next time, I was wondering how I would not include the healthy eating in the abstinence?

Probably about once a month. That said, my weight has basically been the same for the past ten years.
