'Bout a month ago for a blood pressure test and to renew my prescription for BP medication. My blood pressure has been behaving much better in the years since I quit boozing.

It does but you gotta have it in your system all the time. Raised blood pressure is an aftereffect that comes with sobering up. BP becomes reduced and 'normal' after a day or two of sobriety. This post was edited by Kittigate at November 23, 2020 10:15 AM MST

I just contacted an insurance broker and will be covered by a plan (in addition to Medicare) come January 1.  Thanks. This post was edited by SpunkySenior at November 23, 2020 10:16 AM MST

About a year ago for a skin check-up.
There was a small BCC, easily cut out, no problems.

    You?

    How are you going, Element?
When was your last visit to a doctor?
    What was it for?
    What was the outcome?

Last visit was an x-ray for shoulder surgery. However, doc found an anomaly in my humerus. I had an MRI and still no word from doc.

I think it was about 2 years ago, and it was on account of low iron levels when I went to donate blood. The doctor prescribed iron tablets but didn't give me any advice about diet or lifestyle.
