'Bout a month ago for a blood pressure test and to renew my prescription for BP medication. My blood pressure has been behaving much better in the years since I quit boozing.
It does but you gotta have it in your system all the time. Raised blood pressure is an aftereffect that comes with sobering up. BP becomes reduced and 'normal' after a day or two of sobriety.

I just contacted an insurance broker and will be covered by a plan (in addition to Medicare) come January 1. Thanks.

Last week, had the results from my bloods after a major lifestyle change and am now prediabetic instead of diabetic, normal blood pressure instead of high and lost 16lbs happy happy!
I think it was about 2 years ago, and it was on account of low iron levels when I went to donate blood. The doctor prescribed iron tablets but didn't give me any advice about diet or lifestyle.
