Retrospective: did you drink more alcohol during the year 2020 than you did in previous years? ~

 

 My answer: yes. Posting this question made me realize that I cannot remember having taken even one alcoholic drink in 2020, nor do I remember the last time I had one before that. It could have been five or ten years as best I recall.

  • No, definitely not. Drinking only holds appeal for me if I'm drinking with friends and I barely saw my friends in 2020. :(

    2020 was actually the first year I never drank any alcohol.
    (After about 45 years of heavy boozing)

    I can't remember the last time I had alcohol.  I have enjoyed various wines in extreme moderation, in the past but I hate what alcohol does to people so much I don't buy it.  I don't miss it at all.

    Ice cream is a life long love of mine.  One scoop is not enough and two is too many.

    no but I was knocked up so... if I wasn’t I prob would have drank (drunk? drinked?) more than usual. i started working from home in March and I used to drink a hard cider at my desk sometimes
