No.. but a rumor started somewhere that the medical people began doing anal swabs because it was found to be more reliable than throat swabs. Which would you prefer?
Edit: I just googled 'anal swab for covid'19' and apparently they are doing that in China. Not a rumor.

I don't like the sharp pricking instrument during dental checkups --scrape, scrape, prick, over every tooth, one by one -- I squeeze the tips of two fingernails against each other the whole time, to take my mind off any potential sudden 'scrape'-prick' minor pain, whatever. Hard to explain.
It's really not that bad but it was what came to mind for me.

I hate getting an IV. I have really small veins. They ask me which arm is best and I tell them. They look at it and immediately want to look at the other. And the shake their head and go back to the other arm. Sometimes the call for someone better at it. They never get it the first time.
I have learned they can use a ultrasound to help guide them. But still a process.
I forget what it's called, but that one where they cut off your head to count the rings - to see whether you are ready for euthanasia, to make room for the new people.
