Money, plus I feel I should stay for a while longer and see if I can make a difference. If she doesn't seek out professional help then my job here is done. She promised me she would this week. We will see.....

If it's a matter of booze/drug addiction then a detox program and treatment center could help.supposing you might be able to offer help getting her there.
Also there might be an Al Anon group in your area where you can find support for yourself in how to deal with a person with addiction.

I've been to many Al Anon meetings over the years, they are a great support. She will not go to rehab for more than a few days a couple of weeks at the most. We have been down that road many times. Rehab costs money anyway. Unless it is court ordered I don't see her volunteering to go. She is blowing a business opportunity right now because she get side tracked like you would not believe, instead of building a business with a solid foundation. I have given her a list of AA meetings in her area. She really needs to see a therapist and get her meds worked out.

Might not be the same Mr. T - this guy is white but he can move a fridge without a fridge cart and he wears a lot bling. I really liked the Mr. T in the A Team but loved him in the TV series The World's Craziest Fools. Cheers!
Australia is called "The Lucky Country" for a reason. And I moved from Sydney to Adelaide because I prefer the lifestyle here. Everybody in Sydney is in a hurry, Adelaide is so laid back it's almost asleep. The trouble with the rat race is that even if you win, you're still a rat.
I've lived down here six years. It is too hot and I would have moved a couple years ago if we had not moved my mom down here. She is now in assisted living, and for the first time in many years she is really happy. She has blossomed and tell us often how much she likes living there. I suppose I will be here a long time to come.
Not trying to be a 'know-it-all' grammar cop-type, but this is something I learned through my interest in animals and herpetology. Just FYI type of deal.
Snakes aren't poisonous, some are venomous. Poisonous means it's either ingestible or absorbable (like eating a poisonous plant or fish or licking a poisonous toad, or touching a poisonous frog and it gets absorbed through your skin) Venomous is from a bite or sting, like a snake or insect or arachnid.
A poisonous snake would be one that was harmful to you if you bit it!
Job, proximity to family, local government leaders and policies (and population/culture in general) mostly align within my own belief system and opinions, access to public lands and natural beauty of the area... to name a few.
