Vegemite, mayonnaise, and avocados. When used separately or in any combination, they can fell me. Grrrrrrr.

Would you like to share your mayonnaise story? I am curious about why you dislike it. :  )

Please do.  I've never in my long life, ever met anyone who did not like mayonnaise. It makes me curious how the happened.  Was it through allergy, mayo trauma of some kind. if it is too private forget it.

There’s really no story. Everyone, including you, has foods that they don’t like. As for not knowing anyone ever who does not like mayonnaise, I doubt I could name any one food or type of food or food additive/condiment that every person I’ve ever met or known of has liked. In fairness to me (because I will answer your question, as you can see below), how about if I were to ask you to explain why you dislike any of the foods to which you take exception?

I was never accustomed to eating mayonnaise when I was growing up, salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip) was what was used in place of mayonnaise. I can’t pinpoint when I first tasted mayonnaise, but partially because I wasn’t used to it, I disliked the taste. Some people claim that in their opinions, there’s no difference between mayonnaise and salad dressing, others claim one of the two is far better than the other. To this day, I can taste the difference between mayonnaise and salad dressing when almost any type of dish or recipe contains one of them.

That tangy zip - a definite difference!

In what type of dish can you not tell the difference? Curious minds want to know...

I do not know in which dishes I cannot detect it, because I cannot detect it in them.

Right. I thought maybe you'd taste tested two dishes, one made with mayo and one with Whip.

No, it’s never been anything that clinical or that research-related. It’s just been in normal, everyday eating.

I remember that first moment when I realized Randy D detested avocados and guacamole as much as I do. We were both getting over having been force fed.

    Not poor grammar?

My enemies would ABSOLUTELY LOVE to seize on such an opportunity; I won’t give them the satisfaction. Poor grammar, while vile and egregious, pales in comparison to the big three I mentioned above. You see, poor grammar is something I can take head-on, it’s not often it escapes my notice, and I can address it quite easily. On the other hand, mayonnaise, avocados and Vegemite can surreptitiously be slipped to me by nefarious actors who seek to do me harm.

Meat, especially beef. I have osteoarthritis in my lower back and almost every time I eat meat it makes it worse. So I severely limit the intake of my kryptonite. :)

Singer Camila Cabello - - especially when she sings this song "Never Be the Same"

-- and as bad as it is to me from the get-go, the 0:55 mark ends me

Misspellings, needless hyphens, and - worst of all - failure to use commas where needed.

And I only just now caught my error in my answer - - I had "signer" instead of "singer."   :)
