Not a realistic question, but since the US Air Force was created as a branch of the Army, the Army would, I think, be the obvious choice.

Air power is making armies obsolete, and aircraft carriers are floating air forces. I'll take a powerful navy anytime. (But I am biased, of course.)

That same air power, combined with missiles and rockets fired from various methods, is also making ships very easy floating targets that are quite expeditiously despatched to watery graves.

Aircraft carriers are protected by the Iron Dome defense method, and besides that aircraft carriers are built to be unsinkable anyway.

I think since the dawn of shipbuilding, the aim, the assumption, and the hope have always been that every vessel was/is supposedly unsinkable. History, physics, fact, logic, and opposing forces have shown that to be false time and time again.

The hull of newer aircraft carriers are built with an alloy of titanium and styrofoam which is stronger than steel and also floats which makes them unsinkable.

I don’t deny there’s been thought and effort put into extensive research and development, and that in theory it’s supposed to work, but if none of those particular ships have yet been attacked by enemy forces to the point of testing it in actual combat situations with the goal of sinking them, only time will tell whether or not it’s truly effective.

Air Force. If a land army is required, it's purely because the Air Force wasn't strong enough to keep invaders out.

Not yet we don't, we've only just ordered them. They haven't even been built yet.

I vividly recall the massive and fervent anti-nuclear demonstrations put on by throngs of Australian people when our (US Navy) ships landed there back in the early 1980s. Even ships that were neither nuclear powered nor carried nuclear weapons were subject to the protests. My, how times must have changed.

We still have plenty of uneducated sheeple who have a superstitious fear of nuclear power. They are noisy, but not a majority.

It is interesting that the Navy is said to be the Senior Service even though there were Armies established thousands of years ago.

Army.  With 100% special forces training.
County militia service required of all citizens 18-30.  Trained by regular army personnel.

Plus, we have the best defensive weapon systems available.
Hypersonic stealth missiles, laser systems, rail guns, stealth torpedo-mines, and anything other "bleeding edge" systems we can get our hands on.
Cyberwarfare?  We hire the best & brightest, help hackers escape their country, own the best supercomputers, and encourage "deep AI" R&D.
