    I keep the TV remote close to my chair so I don't have to get up to change channels.

    Anything I can do to keep from getting out of my chair. Phone, remote, reading glasses, back scratcher, water bottle and can of beer are all withing arm's reach. Also, there are five pairs of reading glasses scattered about the house so I am no more than a few steps away.
