Did you ever have a dream that you remembered but then became confused whether it was a dream or real life?

That has happened to me, like one time I dreamed about talking to my doctor and making an appointment to see him later. After a few days I became unsure between dream and reality so I had to call his office to be sure.

    I have those dreams where I wake up and I remember my dream, but I’m really still asleep and only dreaming that I woke up.

    I remember few dreams.  I often wake knowing I was in a dramatic, sad,  or scary dream due to my position on my bed, sweating, heart pounding, etc.  but I could not remember.

    My husband told me more than once that what I was talking about 'must have been a dream' simply because he didn't like what I was saying. 

    I have awakened in the middle of dream and wanted to go back to sleep to continue but it didn't work.

    I don't think so. I remember dreams, at least briefly, most nights. But I know the difference between what I've dreamt and what's actually occurred.
