    3. Physically I'm fair to muddling - too many years and too many beers have left their mark, but I've been a lot worse. Mentally? Jaded.

I'm in a great deal of pain.  My heath seems to be ok however.

    4. I have COPD and a blood clot in my lung but I feel fine and am able to get out and do things with not much problems.
My doc tells me that he thinks I am doing fine.

Too bad it doesn't come in pill form.  (Take 1 25-mile marathon pill with a full glass of water once a week.)

Our neighbor sometimes attaches his to his dog. Why would you cheat yourself?

Attaching it to my cat would be counterproductive.
But it gives one a positive attitude.  "Wow!  I didn't even know a Fitbit could go that high!"  And a positive attitude is the first step to bettering oneself  (and that step can be traded in for 10,000 steps per day).  See?  Exercise is all in the mind.

    6. Pretty good, as far as I'm aware. But none of us ever really know, do we?
