    Indeed, but I remember those days early in my Navy career. We didn't have two dimes to pee on by the end of the pay period.

      It’s been at least two or three decades since I last borrowed small amounts of money from anyone, defined as under $1,000. I’m neither the type of person who borrows or lends money.
