I also love this one. They're sort of tied. Well, I also love "Take a Chance on Me". My name is SavvyA and I  can't choose favorites.

    :)
"The Winner Takes It All" is another huge ABBA favorite of mine! My name is WelbyQuentin and I admit to misusing the word "Favorite" - - the word indicates 'one,' as in the 'top,' - the highest. But I choose to misuse and I continue to say that I have lots of favorites.  :)

I do say "one of my favorites" a lot.

    I can't even choose 1 favorite color. I have 3!

    Me, too.

But I can easily say my very favorite color is brown.

Brown is a very common color for dogs!

    True! But I'm a cat man.   :)

I think I've said on the site before that even though I 'prefer' cats, there have been several times that  I've met friends' dogs for the first time and the dogs immediately come to me and acted lovingly to me. And the 'owners' shook their heads in disbelief and told me "Our dog usually hates all people. This has never happened."  made me feel special. :)

Boy, how I love the color brown, though. Yet, I very rarely, if ever, wear it in my clothes.

I was trying to say something nice about the color brown! I know you prefer cats! :)

I remember you relaying that story here!  If my small dog was immediately friendly with someone, I would definitely be impressed! She takes a while to warm up to people. (I have no idea where she gets that!) ;)
    I wear brown shoes sometimes!

I finally got to listen to the whole song you posted.
Though I still like the A-ha's original better, I like Reel Big Fish's version, too. Fun video, too. I find that trumpet-player/singer on the left of screen goofy and cute. :)

    :) Cool.

And the song has stuck with me since listening. I like how they made the song "their own." I like it.  :)
And the music video is fun.
I'm glad you posted the song. :)

I see you are still using the same old stereotype  joke about Canadians. Maybe for a change you should try jokes about Canadians living in igloos those jokes haven't been around since the 60s so maybe they will get some laughs.

As long as we’re doing the same old stereotype jokes about Canadians…

lol. They’re going to kill me for this, but don’t worry, at least they’ll apologize after killing me.

Some more stereotype thinking about Canadians. You should tell that one to all the Mummies in Canada. If a Canadian has to they will bury someone in a peat moss bog then dig them up in 20 years - then they will place it in a rocking chair and call them mummy. (peat moss bogs have preserving properties)

Stu!  You’ve aged well!  That Canadian girl really digs you!
