What did you learn today?

While having a 15 minuet breathing treatment I discovered it take 5 seconds to breathe in and breathe out, therefore in 15 minutes you take 180 breaths.

"Fun
with Flags" is our next question subject for the day.  (refer to "The Big Bang Theory" for ideas.   lol

I learned that as of June 1st of this year, there’s a new mom-and-pop sandwich shop in town, so I shot over there immediately to try it out.

I think I just may be in love.

Wow, she’s pretty! I’m not familiar with the show, but if you’re not busy, would you mind running one of my standard contracts over to her and get her to sign it, please? Thanks!

I'd love to Randy. But, only for a certain fee. What is your suggested price?

Once she signs it, $750.  No signature, no money.

I learned that notorious gangster Al Capone and I used to live on the same street albeit not contemporaneously.

Everyone in that neighborhood should check their basements and walls for gang memorabilia or stashed cash under the floor.  The cash would be silver certificates, (I think) and worth more than the monopoly money we use now.

Geraldo Rivera tried that with a live special on television one evening. After an hour of having workers dig through the foundation of a building that had once been used by Al Capone, Rivera came up with nothing more than a couple of discarded, empty beverage bottles.  LOL.

LOL... I remember that too.  Actually, he (Rivera) had recovered a lost safe believed to have belonged to Al Capone.  He made a big media event out of opening the safe.  After many suspenseful televised minutes of drilling, prying and pulling, the door was finally opened to reveal a completely empty safe.

I think the people of that neighborhood should have themelves checked for STDs/VD as that is exactly the purpose of Capone's tenure here.  Capone lived in Baltimore, MD from early January to late March of 1940.  He was admitted to Union Memorial Hospital to be treated for syphillis!

Odd thing about Harry. His next gig was here, but he got killed. People will do anything to stay away from here.

That’s not even the point. She responded to the question exactly as it was asked. Your hyperbole is like putting frosting on the vegetable stew; completely uncalled for.
