    Cake.  There is only one person who I've ever met that made a good pie crust, Ruby Jewel, (RIP) a cook at a restaurant I worked at.  The crust was flaky and so tasty. I saw her use a chuck of butter when mixing it, hummm southern cooking at it's best.
