Only four more days for 'Christmas in July'. Have you finished shopping yet?

    No the hot weather has turned me into a bit of a Grinch so I have done very little Christmas shopping for the kids. But it does look like the hot weather is going to be extra jolly for the big boys and girls this Christmas. I give out bud and some of my buds are already 4 potato's high. I measure bud by putting a fist near the bottom of the bud and say - one potato then I put my other fist on top of the bottom fist and say 2 potato and I keep doing that until I get to the top of the bud. Cheers!

      I don’t even shop for Christmas at Christmastime, so I’m sure as heck not interested in doing it in July, lol.

    This is the time of year when the traditional roast, pudding on fire etc actually makes sense, but nobody is doing it. Too cold and wet, parts of the country are still mopping up after severe flooding.

    I haven’t done any shopping for Christmas in July, but Welby’s Cookie Monster post in another thread inspired me to post this Christmas season memory.  Have some egg nog and enjoy!  Unless, of course, Big Bird drank all of it first.

    No idea but Christmas is not in July.   It is Dec  25th.   But they decided to have a parade and a contest. 

    That is not Jesus' actual birthday.  Just the day we celebrate it.
