What do you think Mr. Spock would say about Trump's Big Lie?

I think if Mr. Spock was asked if Trump's big lie was responsible for the Jan.6th Capital attack he would say - it's only logical. Cheers!

She has never stopped saying it. Still says Trump was illegitimate. Look it up found 2019 and 2021 when she said it again. So just google that question and you will see she says it every opportunity. So you are way behind about 6 years yourself. This post was edited by Swoop62 at March 10, 2023 4:48 AM MST

He is illegitimate with his posturing about having won the 2020 election. At least she conceded the 2016 election, however reluctantly.

Protesting/disagreeing on an election, in not way makes your previous election victory illegitimate.
That is just not the way the world works.

That’s not what I said. I said that he is illegitimate in claiming that he won the 2020 election. I am not questioning the legitimacy of his 2016 election and his term in office.

Then you moved the goal post.
The  topic was someone claiming their election was stolen.  Something BOTH Trump and Hillary still claim.  Hillary still claims Trump was not the legitimate President.  AND that was the topic in which you replied to under Swoops62's answer.

The point is people are complaining about Trump saying the election was stolen but these same people have no problem with Hillary who also says her election was stolen.
That is the whole point of the thread under Swoop62's answer.

They’re both wrong. That’s my point. And two wrongs don’t equal one right.

Russia didn't take Hill's election, the gerrymander built in to the EC did. She won the popular vote.

Again....statewide elections cannot be gerrymandered....the state boundaries do NOT move.
You may not like the EC, but it has nothing to do with gerrymandering.

For the 883rd time, our presidential elections are decided by electoral vote, not popular vote. The 2016 election wasn’t the first time this happened. You are a highly intelligent person. Why do you have such a hard time grasping this as well as the existence of gay and lesbian Republicans? This post was edited by Stu Spelling Bee at March 12, 2023 7:54 AM MDT

And that is to protect the Country from just cities on the coasts and Chicago running the Country for the rest of us. I agree with the EC regadrless of who has won over the years or the campaign would be only in cities and the rest of us do not matter.
