Do you ever think that Donald Trump is a bit harsh?

On Tuesday Trump said that Hunter Biden should have been executed over tax and  gun charges. I think they were just
misdemeanor charges so that seems a bit harsh. Cheers!

Please, Hunter getting by with not paying IRS taxes on over $8 Million, lying in a gun purchase application,  not registering as FARA, drug crimes, all the child porn on his laptop, etc.   Just getting mideanors (probation), a drug class and told he has to pay some of his taxes from 2017 opush.

Tell that to others who went to prison for that same things, how much better the Trumps were treated over Hunter....pssh.

But sure the Trump kids got away with lying to sell a product.  Like it or not, that is legal for sales people and politicians,  it is call Puffery. And our law makers have made it legal.

Maybe it's how you run a business,  but it is not legal to intentionally lie to customers. It is called fraud and Don Jr. and Ivanka were facing felony charges.

No, it is not how I do business. My product virtually sells itself.

But is it entirely legal to "lie" to customers.  Why do you think there are all of these "As Seen On TV" products that never quite do what they claim to do?  Because they can legally lie---mislead the customer.  Why can a politician promise the world but never actually do anything?  Because they also can legally lie to the customer (voter).  Again the legal term is Puffery.
Under the law, you can exaggerate  (Puff Up) your product.

But yet, they were not charged and did not even need a criminal lawyer. (From you link...it was a civil suit lawyer)

There is a difference between exaggeration and fraud. Fraud is not legal. This was a criminal case and no, they were not charged, which is my point. They got away with fraud because of who their father is. However charging someone in a civil case rather than a criminal case is something that is done for the rich and powerful. The Trump University fraud should have been a criminal case with a prison sentence, but Trump got away with a fine. The same as when he used funds from his charity to fund his campaign. Someone less prominent would be in jail for that. It's pretty naive to think that the two tiered justice system hasn't benefitted Trump. We'll have to see if his privilege has run out.

    Yet no charges.
Proving the Truth post.    Our justice has multiple tiers.
    Based on the defendants status:
    1. MONEY (have to have a rock solid case because they will have the good lawyers)
    2. Status in the community  (small towns will not arrest or even ticket their Drs/lawyers/politicians) this continues as you go up the ladder into larger communities.

    3. Political (once they get to high...they will not be touched ...political party will play a part  favoring whatever party is in power in an area)
    4. Race  (sometimes with play a role)

Of course the Trumps have benefited from our multiple tiered system.  But make no mistake Hunter, Joe, Ashley, Joe brother, Hillary,  Bill Clinton, and so many more have as well.

Took you long enough to see my point about Trump benefitting from the tiered justice system. For him to complain about others benefitting is ironic.

Where have I ever claimed the Trumps have never benefited from their positions? Of course they have all their lives....up until Trump entered the election in 2015. Then media and DOJ flipped their lids and have attacked for BS that no Dems have been attacked for.
Russia hoax was paid for by Hillary and FBI/DOJ all knew it and wasted our tax money and efforts on it anyway.  And not one single person involved will be held accountable.

Media twists and lies about him daily.
Now we have charges over hush money....legal 100%. And it is past statute of limitations.
The BS with classified docts at Maralago.
    Etc etc etc....

So yes, up until he ran for POTUS the Trump benefited from our multi tier justice system,  now they are being attacked by our multi tiered justice system.

Do YOU admit Hunter, and co all got the benefit of that multi tiered justice system?

Hunter's crimes were misdemeanors so how do they even come close to deserving the death penalty. Not so long ago Trump was saying that journalists (the ones he didn't like)  and whistle blowers should be put in prison and executed. And he has a long history of saying similar things. Cheers!

No, Hunter's crimes are Felonies.....that they chose to file as misdeanors and some they ignored all together. (As I showed above...Trump did not call for Hunter's execution)

Biden just indicted (the past coupe of day) an dual citizen  US-Israeli whistle-blower who claims to have information on Hunter and Joe Biden's brother....so who is attacking whistle-blowers.  I don't know of any Trump indicted. This post was edited by my2cents at July 13, 2023 3:04 PM MDT

Well even if he was charged with felonies he probably couldn't be handed a death penalty because Hunters crimes weren't  even close to any of the following  -  treason, espionage, murder, large-scale drug trafficking, or attempted murder of a witness, juror, or court officer in certain cases. I am started to think that one of the sentences Hunter received blows the lid of Coke Gate. It was a condition that he stays away from drugs for 2 years which probably involves random drug tests so it seems highly unlikely that he would bring coke into the WH or do coke with his dad in the WH. Cheers!

Again,  NO ONE was calling for the death penalty.  Read the actual Truth post.
