Some States are looking at keeping Trump off the ballot with the 14th Amendment.
The 14th Amendment, Section 3 says "No person shall...hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, who...shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."
Trump has promised that he will pardon the Jan. 6th insurrectionist and that could be considered giving aid or comfort to the enemies of the United States. Cheers!
