    Should be shot?

I would not shoot them with real bullets.  A good sting is in order though.

This is not something I've given a lot of thought to. I guess anyone who eats candy in a public restroom,  isn't too concerned about its cleanliness.

I think the same thing about them as if they threw candy wrappers anywhere other than a garbage can.  Slobs.

Not a good thing to do for sure.

    Is that a euphemism?

Not in the strictest sense of the word.

I was 97% sure you were referring to something else, because of the emoji! Who even takes candy into a restroom?

Well, he or she could have been on the way into the bathroom and just popped a piece of candy into his or her mouth, and threw the litter on the floor. I’m not defending either the person or the act, I’m just presenting a probability.

I hope you believe me -- I thought the same thing when I saw/read Boss Lady's question.  :)

Haha, I do believe you but I wish it didn't have reason to enter my mind.

I’m anti ANY AND ALL acts of littering, regardless of location, and especially when trash receptacles are nearby. Grrrrrrrrrr.

It sounds lazy and slovenly, but I've never seen a public bathroom. How many people have a bath in public?

I probably wouldn't think anything, actually.

I might pick up the wrappers myself after seeing them on the floor.

And, in addition to my other reply, I used to work for the city sewer department. And one time I was at the bottom of a manhole (I was the smallest guy on the crew-- and I was the one who fit best in the space) and I got flushed on from a private lateral line that opened at the top of the manhole space.

Feces, urine, toilet paper and corn kernels in the feces.
All over my head, hair, torso.

Picking up wrappers off a floor?  Eh.
