Sorry, it's pumpkin usually. I'm not a fan of cooked fruit, which eliminates one whole class of pies. In fact, I only said pie because I rarely eat cake.

I like pumpkin pie a lot, too, ha. :)

Good for you for rarely eating cake.

I am the same way.  I make an ice cream pumpkin pie that is really good.

Pie.  Every time.  Lemon Ice Box is my fave.

I eat the icing from cake with just a tad of the cake.

Wow, I’m the exact opposite: I think they put much too thick a layer of icing/frosting on cake in general, and that even a little of it is far too sweet and far too sugar-filled, so I scrape it off and just eat the cake.

OMG -- I SWEAR I did not see your reply until AFTER I posted mine!

ANOTHER connection! Maybe we're related or something. Ha! Wild coincidence.

I believe the correct term for that is that it makes us Duncan Hines brothers

We'd eat well together - - I usually scrap off most of the frosting to savor just the cake. I'm even good without frosting. :)

Again, I can relate. Although I generally just pass on cake altogether.

Yes, please. Both of them in chocolate form, if you do not mind. Thank you.
